We want you to love your Tonies® wardrobe, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once scanned, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
